Description studog 2025-08-30 01:03:14 UTC
Description:
Opening the CDSP-CNSQZ5_T5_R3_TY2022_2023_02_06_14_36_09.xls spreadsheet and clicking a non-selected cell causes

BASIC runtime error.
'51'
Internal error.

to pop up.

I'm assuming LO is still doing "if it works in Excel it should work in Calc".

Steps to Reproduce:
1. https://services.cds.ca/applications/taxforms/taxforms.nsf/Pages/-EN-LimitedPartnershipsandIncomeTrusts -> scroll down, click 'Display T5 information for year 2022' -> scroll down, click 'I accept'
2. I'm using the spreadsheet for CUSIP Q0014D107 ABRDN ASIA-PACIFIC INCOME FUND VCC because it's one I happened to have on hand but quite a lot of them have the bug
3. Download the spreadsheet.
4. Open with Libreoffice; I use `soffice CDSP-CNSQZ5_T5_R3_TY2022_2023_02_06_14_36_09.xls` from the command line

Actual Results:
Error dialog

Expected Results:
Sheet works with no error

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

1. https://services.cds.ca/taxforms/index.html -> click 'All Year 2022'
2. Find in page "Q0014D107"
. Download the spreadsheet.
4. Open with Libreoffice; I use `soffice CDSP-CNSQZ5_T5_R3_TY2022_2023_02_06_14_36_09.xls` from the command line
