BaseDocument with Form and label element

In the Base form editor, the "Border" attribute for the "Label" element is not saved if the value 0 (no border) is assigned.
The values 1 (3D) and 2 (flat) work fine.
This error also occurs when creating forms in Writer.

Steps to follow:
1) Create a Base document
2) Create a form in the Base document
3) Create a Label element in the form
4) Set the Border attribute to "no border"
5) Save the form
6) Close the form
7) Open the form (view or edit)
8) The Label element is displayed in 3D. The element settings are also set to 3D.
