Start Impress on Windows, or by setting 'gen' VCL plugin in Linux: SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen ./soffice --impress

1. Even though there's space, the pane is too small, and has a vertical scrollbar,
2. The names are only shown for some of the layouts, unless you scroll around. (previously the names were only shown as tooltips)

No issue with gtk VCL plugin in Linux.

This is a regression in LO 26.2 from the following commit:

On my linux I have 16 previews, this is the reason for scrollbar.

Indeed the text is showed only on click.
