Description:
Installed 28.8.1.1 for Windows Aarch64

I am running Windows 11 on a Snapdragon processor.  After installation, the toolbar icons are missing on Calc & Writer. (Did not try the other Libre apps)

Safe mode works with Icons, but not the normal mode.

I had reinstalled LibreOffice, installed Galaxy & Colibre themes, reset profile and still same issue.


Actual Results:
Open LibreOffice
Create Calc

Expected Results:
When Calc opens, no icons are displayed after the new sheet is opened.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Same issue with Writer

If "Safe Mode" will work the problem is something in your user data of LO:
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

Reset the user profile by renaming as described there. So the old entries will be saved and a new profile will be created.

It's a light theme with wrong icons, choose from icons other icons (dark, not dark, until is ok).

Thanks for the reply.   I tried reset via the menu several times.   Did not work.

Also I tried the link and renamed the user folder and on startup, I can see it create a new user folder as well.... still same issue.

FYI.   this is a new computer, I am new to LibreOffice and the this was a brand new install of LibrerOffice, so not an upgrade as well

Also I noticed under the User Interface pop-up the Preview window display blank under Normal mode and I can see the preview toolbar with icons and all under the Safe mode.

Thanks for the reply, I tried several themes with/without dark mode.   Still the same issue.
