Description: Frequent stutters occur when scrolling quickly in Libre Office Writer or Calc. Sometimes the program freezes and a jump to the top or bottom occurs (depending if you were crolling up- or downwards). This happens in all recent versions, no matter if libreoffice-still or libreoffice-fresh. It is fixable by switching to X11, so it has something to do with Wayland. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open a Writer/Calc Document that is multiple pages long 2.Try scrolling quickly (e.g. by unlocking your mouse wheel) 3. Actual Results: Visible stutter/quick jump to bottom or top of the document after a freeze Expected Results: A smooth scrolling experience Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 25.2.5.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 520(Build:2) CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: kf6 (cairo+wayland) Locale: de-AT (de_AT.UTF-8); UI: de-DE 25.2.5-1 Calc: threaded My System: Operating System: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.17.0 Qt Version: 6.9.1 Kernel Version: 6.12.44-3-MANJARO (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 16 × Intel® Core™ i7-10700K CPU @ 3.80GHz Memory: 15.5 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor 1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER Graphics Processor 2: Intel® UHD Graphics 630 Manufacturer: Micro-Star International Co., Ltd.
