In LibreOffice:

- Tools > Options
- LibreOffice Writer > View
- Make sure the "Smooth Scroll" checkbox is ON.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Then you can:

0. Open attached document.
1. Press "Page Down" 2 times.
2. Press "Page Up" 2 times.

BUG: Certain lines randomly get:

- weird rendering artifacts
- OR "vertical dots"
- OR "vertical lines"
- OR weird "blank lines".

(See attached screenshots.)

- - -

NOTE #1: You can also:

- Press the up/down ARROW KEYS
- Use the mouse scroll wheel

to go back/forth between pages, getting similar symptoms.

But it DOES NOT occur if you:

- Use the mouse and drag the scrollbar up/down manually.

- - -

NOTE #2: The visual artifacts seem to only start "at the edge" of the page, but once they "stick" to that line, they stay stuck to that line until they go off the screen again.

(So a "Page Down" might only cause 1 artifact to be on the screen. But multiple "ARROW DOWN" might cause a new artifact every handful of lines.)

- - -

NOTE #3: I also tested it with various skia "Graphics Output" options under:

- Tools > Options
- LibreOffice > View

This bug still occurs with all combos of ON/OFF:

Please test in safe mode, Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode

If it doesn't work, please try updating the graphics driver directly from NVIDIA.
