Fine in
Version: 7.6.3.0.0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community

Except for the empty page before. Assuming this being 'wrong' too, but is rather common behaviour

Modified steps. I could reproduce the issue yesterday without the additional steps. No clue why

1. Open the attached file
2. Click on the top of page 2 (above the text) so header bar appears
3. Click op + (insert header)
4. Place cursor at beginning of the text at page 2 (Could)
5. Insert -> More Breaks -> Manual page Break -> Select Page Style -> Landscape & OK
6. Check the result

First insert manual break, nothing happens, but inserting it again works fine.
