Standardfilter about background color "no fill"

Open the attached file. It contains a database range myData with a standard filter, that should select the back-ground color "No Fill". But it does not work. The error is, that "No Fill" uses color #ffffff instead of the value "transparent".
The same criteria works in an autofilter.

Wrong #ffffff replaced with transparent

Here I have manually replaced the wrong #ffffff with transparent in file markup. You can see, that it works with filter criterion "transparent".
