Description: Having a validaten Rule with a cell area as criterion (others not tested) and try to change just the area for example from $work.$A$5:$A$10 to $work.$A$5:$A$20 calc goes crazy. For example if you have more than one table, you can't change tables. No reaction. For a double click, the "change table name" window apears, but thats all. Even close Calc didn't work. I had to close with taskman. (sorry for my bad english, I'm german :) ) Steps to Reproduce: 1. open empty calc, add a second table and go back to the first one 2. enter A1:A3 three lines of simple words for the validation rule base 3. goto A10, from the menu open data, validation rule, accept cell area, source A1:A3 and OK 4: try to change to the second table - not possible Actual Results: You can't change to the second table You can't close Calc (except with TaskManager) But you can save the table! Expected Results: normal working spreadsheet Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: With the recovered table (reloaded calc) you can try to change the validation rule again (for example from A1:A3 to A1:A5). Being back in the table the error resume, you can't switch to the second table or close Calc.
I can't reproduce it in Version: 26.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 81321560f2151ee12be26135aed65968287d1c94 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.1; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: es-ES (es_ES.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
