Thai Distributed Bug

I've found a bug with the Thai Distributed function in LibreOffice. When enabled, I observe inconsistent line justification where some lines do not align properly. This predominantly happens when a line ends with the Thai characters 'ก', 'น', or the vowel 'า'.

Thai Distributed Bug (Test File)

This is test fiel (.odt) of this bug. I found that this bug occurs unpredictably. It is not limited to or dependent on which Thai character a line of text ends with. It can occur with any Thai character.

The font used is a commercial one and not freely available. Can you show the bug with some free font?
