That is likely because the printer settings saved with the documents refer to a network printer that doesn't exist anymore or is not accessible. Please go to Tools > Options > Load/Save > General. In section 'Load' uncheck the options and then try loading again.

Thank you Regina. I followed your instructions, then closed and restarted LibreOffice. The pop-up continues to appear.
Comment 5 venushka@protonmail.com 2025-10-10 07:47:31 UTC
The pop-up does not generate in safe mode.
Restarting normally after safe mode regenerates the pop-up.

You can try to use a new LO profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile).

Ok so it must be inside the file.

Do you think you can attach the file by using this link https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=168779&action=enter or is there something confidential/private in it ?

The goal is to unzip the file, find the printer reference, remove it and rezip the file.

It isn't one file, it is all files.

Seriously, I am very frustrated to see this. It’s been a whole month since this issue appear in my libero, but still not get any solution.

Have you tried updating your printer drivers or disconnecting the printer before opening the file? It might also help to check if LibreOffice has any updates or patches that address this issue.
