Description:
VT: Not all tabs fit within the dialog, last item clipped

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer 
2. File -> Export As -> Export As PDF

Actual Results:
Last item - Digital signatures - doesn't fit

Expected Results:
No clue what the course of action should be
* Reducing the distance between items
* Shrinking the icon
* Increase the size of the Window (ugly)
* Add a scrollbar (ugly)

The solution for bug 168796 should make all six tabs fully visible. Bug 165989 demands mouse scroll behavior and some overflow mechanism (which exists for gtk).
