Description:
Vertical tabs. Lack distinction between Select Item (at bottom) and background 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer (Light Mode)
2. Format -> Page Style
3. Select Text Grid tab


Actual Results:
Selected Text Grid tab fuses with the background

Expected Results:
Some distinction

Confirmed. 

Seems benign issue with os/DE UI color scheme in Light, and Appearance Themes not enabled. 

With appearance themes enabled and one applied to the UI, the empty space bottom of VT listing is distinct from the last tab.
