Description:
I wish I could move table rows like points of lists

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a table
2. Click on a row
3. Use arrows to move them

Actual Results:
Rows can be moved manually by deleting and pasting

Expected Results:
Moving of rows with arrows without deleting and pasting


Reproducible: Always
