Steps to Reproduce:
EN:1. Select cells 
2. Right click – Cell format
3. Change the thickness of the lower border to “average 1.5".
3. Save and close the document.
4. Open the document.


Actual Results:

В Windows у меня также воспроизвелась ошибка.
Пожалуйста обратите внимание на добавленный прикреплённый файл мной "Border1,5.png".
Я думаю что меня не смогли понять.

This is a limitation of OOXML format. This is why LibreOffice asks "Do you really want to save in this format?". There are many such differences.
