File with tracked changes

In Word, the left margin change marker line can be used also to toggle between showing/hiding changes.

1. Open attached file in Word
2. On the left margin click on the vertical line indicating a change
-> It toggles visibility of changes, while it also changes color and position

It would be accomodating to users migrating to mimic this behavior.

* Currently Writer does not show the line with changes hidden,
* Also clicking on it does nothing, it could trigger the .uno:ShowTrackedChanges command.

I have misread the customer requirement, this is not what they want.
