Created attachment 203624 [details] Insert Row Above does not copy the cell border In LibreOffice Calc, inserting rows behaves inconsistently with respect to cell borders. When a row is inserted below a bordered cell, the new row inherits the cell’s border formatting. However, when a row is inserted above, the new row does not copy the border. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open LibreOffice Calc. 2. Create a new spreadsheet. 3. Apply borders to a cell (for example, cell A1). 4. Right-click the bordered cell and choose Insert Rows Below → notice that the new row copies the borders. - OK 5. Right-click the same bordered cell and choose Insert Rows Above → notice that the new row does not copy the borders. - NOK Actual Results: Rows inserted above a bordered cell do not inherit the existing border formatting. Expected Results: Rows inserted above a bordered cell should also copy the existing borders, ensuring consistent formatting behavior.
