Danat, please stop CC-ing others to your bug reports, it is not polite. Thank you!

Where exactly do you see this border? I presume between document canvas and comments bar. And please also state the issue more precisely, something like "previously I was able to do ... and since version xy that's not possible anymore because ...". Essentially we continuously improve the design, which might not everyone like. If the changes affect some clear use case it's worth to reconsider, if it's a pure question of liking you should get more support. Please also consider to ask simple questions at https://ask.libreoffice.org/. The community support is awesome and often better than what you get from developers here.

(In reply to Danat from comment #6) > Page > > Page borders Per main menu: Format > Page Style... > Border? Likely not.

I went that route, but couldn't find anything that would fix that. Perhaps there is something in the jungle of the settings that can return me my beloved borders In Draw, that's not the case. I think if it isn't there - you should add a setting that offers both border styles I will be very thankful if you guide me to return the borders that I had but can't get back https://drive.google.com/file/d/17LJtzZXaLseMQdQY54VBQp1YuqtSMj-o/view?usp=sharing

You first image was hard to understand and the word "page border" is reserved for exactly this (and off by default). You can customize the canvas shadow via Tools > Options > Appearance: Customization > Shadow with [x] Enable application theming checked. See also bug 11001 and bug 154443

And what do "light" and "automatic" have to do with border shadowing? I will mark this report as unconfirmed, but you may mark it as notabug if I misunderstand something https://drive.google.com/file/d/12NJn9xiisoWGhyk0mk7q5yea51UmEikH/view?usp=sharing
(In reply to Danat from comment #10) > And what do "light" and "automatic" have to do with border shadowing? There is no "light" color, just a theme may be Light or Dark. The shadow color needs to be in alignment with the document background since the same color with a white background looks too string when the background is black.
