Description:
Synchronize ends checkbox in Line Dialog is currently disabled by default and depends on setting a start/end style; it was always enabled in the past

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Draw a line
3. Right Click the line -> Open the Line Dialog
4. Line tab  

Actual Results:
Synchronize ends checkbox disabled

Expected Results:
Synchronize ends checkbox enabled 


Reproducible: Always
