The example file saved in master as XLSX

This is followup to bug 169332

When the attachment 203809 [details] is saved in Calc as XLSX, the images width shrinks after reload in Excel.

1. Open attachment 203809 [details]
-> Notice the images width is 11,96 cm instead of the 12,09 cm indicated by Excel.
2. Save as XLSX, reload
-> In Calc, the image width is still 11,96 cm
3. Open the saved XLSX in Excel
-> The images width is 11,43 cm, its "Scale Width" value is 90% instead of the initial 95%.
