Description:
- Select two objects and create a group
- here, you can resize the group only in one or two dimensions
- rotate this group
- now, you cannot resize group object only in one dimension.   

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select two objects
2. create a group of object
3. rotate the group
4. try to risize object only in one dimension

Actual Results:
you cannot resize in one dimension.

Expected Results:
you cannot resize in one dimension.

Reproducible with 25.8.2.2 and 26.2.0 on Windows 11.

Looks like a duplicate of Bug 135034 - Bbox should rotate with rotated groups (like it does for single objects).
