3 copies of file gets attached

Version: 25.8.2.2 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community

I am using Linux Mint 22.2 and Evolution / Thunderbird / Geary as email client

After updating my libreoffice version, found a strange bug.

How to reproduce -->
Go to any libreoffice application file Calc , Impress or Writer

Go to File --> Send --> Email Document Attaches 3 copies of file [instead of 1] in the email

I have checked and this behaviour is identical in ALL email clients. (3 attachments)

What should happen -->
Just a single file (Selected one) should get attached to email.

I have attached pdf of screenshots of the bug.

Only one document for me with Thunderbird.

Could it be something strange in xdg-email? What if you try the same in some other application than LibreOffice?

Yes
I tried with thunderbird and geary
Apparantly they both have their built in check to detect and avoid to attach multiple files from identical path.
This Geary and Thunderbird do attach only one version of file and the issue is not visible to both

It's with only EVOLUTION you can reproduce the bug which not filter out multiple instances of same file attachment.

As per suggestion, performed following tests

1] Tried with other software attaching file using Evolution as a client
Tried it with OKULAR and sent one PDF file as email from EVOLUTION
--> Results are as expected ... Just one file is attached

2] Tried with Libreoffice sending a file as attachment using GEARY as email client
--> Results ... Geary detected that there are more than one instance of SAME file is getting attached and threw ERROR describing the same

---- >>> For your better understanding, I Have attached file showing screenshot of both tests and results
