Sample file includes bullets on the second slide for reproducing the issue

When pressing Enter twice in a bullet list on a slide, the cursor becomes invisible. Even if no new bullet is inserted, the cursor should always remain visible.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the attached presentation file.
2. Go to the second slide where a bullet point is present.
3. Place the cursor at the end of the first word in the bullet.
4. Press Enter → a new bullet is created.
5. Press Enter again.

Actual Result:

The cursor becomes invisible after the second Enter.

Expected Result:

The cursor should always remain visible
