Sample document (RTF)

- Open the attached file, it's an RTF, but that doesn't matter for the bug,
- Select all, and copy to clipboard,
- Start a new document, and paste special (Ctrl+Shift+V) as Rich text formatting (RTF).

=> The heading, originally blue and in Calibri font loses its formatting, and becomes black and Liberation Sans.

This RTF is actually the saved clipboard content, and shows that the formatting is lost on paste.

Observed with LO 26.2.0.0.alpha0+ (2f5df988923560bcc0f822c9db39f6ccab0cc5a1) / Windows.

This used to be OK until the following commit in LO 6.1:

tdf#72942 Do not overwrite styles from the inserted doc
Comment 1 Timur 2025-11-13 09:14:44 UTC
I do not see this as bug becase blue is part of the style.
Pasting in new document as unformatted text just carrries Heading 3 info, which has no color in new document.

It can come through as direct formatting, the RTF has all that. Or one can ask the user if they want to adapt styles based on imported content, or the other way around.
