Description gmolleda 2025-11-14 08:37:19 UTC
When adding records to a range using the Data - Form... menu, if that range is the data source of a pivot table, the Data Form menu should allow expanding the pivot table range when inserting new records, and that form should also have buttons to go to the first and last record.

I think there is a bug, because the option:
Menu>Tools>Options>LibreOffice Calc>General - Expand references when insert rows/columns.
It is not activated by Menu>Data>Form.
So neither a pivot table nor any function/formula is updated, adding new data.

Sounds like per comment 1 we should set to NEW. However, gmolleda: please copy and paste here the content of your Help - About (LibreOffice - About on macOS) by clicking the copy button. This allows us to know more about your system.
