Description:
Writer Markdown: [Request Option] If the link is to a Markdown file, it opens in Writer regardless of the default association settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two markdown files and write a file link of B.md to the A.md file.
   If the two files are in the same folder,
   "[Open an other markdown](B.md)".
2. Open the A.md file in Writer.
3. Click the link to open the B.md file.

Actual Results:
4. If the markdown file is associated with LibreOffice, it opens in Writer, otherwise it opens in the application setting in the OS.

Expected Results:
4. [Request] Open the markdown file in Writer with the optional setting.
