Description: I just downloaded v25.8.3.2 64bit build for Windows and the installer is missing the American UI language option. I always choose the custom option and not typical.. is this new/removed feature or is it really a bug? Actual Results: the American English UI option is missing and I don't dare try to install it.. Expected Results: the American English UI options should be a valid option for the user interface language options. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: n/a will make a screenshot
Created attachment 203986 [details] screenshot showing that the American English UI option is missing. I have attached this screenshot showing it missing.
Maybe because it is not optional, it is the default, and as such always installed. After install, is there? Menu>Tools>Options>Language and Locale>General - User Interface. It is for me with: Version: 25.8.3.2 (X86_64) Build ID: 8ca8d55c161d602844f5428fa4b58097424e324e CPU threads: 16; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 26200); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: en-US Calc: threaded

I canceled out the install with concern it might corrupt or maybe it impossible to install.. American English was and is the only UI language I have ever selected during install and every update.. it was always select-able before in previous versions... now its 0 of x selected in that option in the installer. if it is the default it should 'still show' in the UI options but be UN-select-able
ok I just finished installing LibreOffice v25.8.3.2 and I did find American English UI as installed default.. it is just that it could cause confusing like for me if it is not seen in the installer for users like me.
Then please add a new bug report, as enhancement for that.
