Description: Outside of safe mode, launching LibreOffice itself or any specific programs (Writer, Calc etc) results in the user interface icons (toolbars, LibreOffice logos, the initial loading screen is blank) not appearing thus rendering the software borderline unusable. The initial loading screen that appears right after launching LibreOffice is also blank outside of safe mode. This has been happening since the first time I launched. It happens with factory settings and also keeps happening even if the icons or theme are changed in the settings. The OpenCL option has also not changed anything. Resetting all preferences from safe mode also does not make a difference. Windows is up to date. I'm on Win11 Pro 25H2, build: 26200.7171. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Download the 25.8.3 msi installer and proceed with the default options 2.Launch LibreOffice or any of the related programs that do not have (Safe Mode) in the name 3.Try launching in safe mode and the interface should be totally normal. Actual Results: Launching in safe mode resulted in expected behavior whereas launching regular LibreOffice resulted in icons not appearing in the UI, the initial loading screen and the welcome page. Expected Results: The program should have launched outside of safe mode with the icons present in order to retain functionality. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: Version: 25.8.3.2 (AARCH64) Build ID: 8ca8d55c161d602844f5428fa4b58097424e324e CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 11 ARM64 (build 26200); UI render: default; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_SI); UI: en-US Calc: threaded
