Description:
Undo steps gone when used with Track Changes Record ON

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Make sure Track Changes Record ON (Show OFF)
3. Delete the camera image
4. Delete the microscope image
5. Delete the table rows (image below shift to first page)
6. Press undo

Actual Results:
No restoration

Expected Results:
Restoration of original state
