Description:
 Edit > Track changes... > Compare documents menu is missing in the latest alpha.
(A few versions back it was there.)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a docx file.
2. Open the Edit > Track changes... menu.
3. There is no "Compare documents" submenu.

Actual Results:
As listed above

Expected Results:
Writer must have the Edit > Track changes... > Compare documents menu.


Reproducible: Always

Because it was moved to File menu consciously, look at the bug 167404
