Description:
On my Windows on Arm base laptop the Arm specific version does not properly display the ribbons. The x64 version though slow works fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Aarch64 version to replace x64 version
2.start libre office
3.

Actual Results:
Ribbons do not display properly, I see the triangles from the combo boxes but no icons.

Expected Results:
Normal ribbons.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
