Description:
The "Font Color" & "Background Color" toolbar drop downs open color picker grid window. In the past when user would drag mouse to the colors on the right, a vertical scroll bar would appear on top of those colors, slightly blocking user from being able to pick them.
Someone has corrected this and just added a vertical scroll bar that is shown all the time, which works great.

Suggesting to make the same update to the color picker shown in the cell context menu item ""Format Cells" in the "Background" tab.

Okay, here is the link to post I mentioned above.

This will keep all color pickers consistent with each other.

If anyone can think of any other color pickers that experience this, please mention.

In Format Cells - Background, the scroll bar is only separate from the colours in the fallback UI (gen) and in Qt-based UIs. In the gtk3 UI, the scroll bar is still hovering over the colours. Gtk3 indeed shows the bar as separate in the toolbar split buttons. Would be interesting to check with bibisect repos, if the change was intentional.

Please always paste the version info to your reports from Help - About (click the copy button there).

The change *was* intentional: 0fff72154d0dbb44e09546ff59f8a5ec288dfd2e
Resolves: tdf#155425 turn off overlay scrolling for color selector
