Description:
Form text is not visible in design mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Calc.
2. Change to Design mode.
3. Insert Label form.

Actual Results:
4. The temporary label title is not displayed.
   You can see the title when you turn off design mode.

Expected Results:
4. The title is displayed regardless of the design mode.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:

Similar problems have been seen in applications other than Calc.
It may be a bug only in Window-OS.

Based on the timing of the issue's occurrence, the following bug fixes might be related.
However, this problem does not occur on Linux operating systems.

Indeed, not reproduced with latest master on Win. We don't yet have 26.8 Windows bibisect repo, so can't find out the fix at the moment.

Now the 26.8 Windows bibisect repo was updated (it has not been announced yet, but is in https://bibisect.libreoffice.org/win64-26.8 ) and I could bibisect the fix to 06ec063412cd6de022dd70743ef06558446d57ab
tdf#169914 dark mode + editing report + Windows + chart is broken

It was already cherry-picked to 26.2 and is in 26.2.0.2
