Indeed, not reproduced with latest master on Win. We don't yet have 26.8 Windows bibisect repo, so can't find out the fix at the moment.

Now the 26.8 Windows bibisect repo was updated (it has not been announced yet, but is in https://bibisect.libreoffice.org/win64-26.8 ) and I could bibisect the fix to 06ec063412cd6de022dd70743ef06558446d57ab tdf#169914 dark mode + editing report + Windows + chart is broken It was already cherry-picked to 26.2 and is in 26.2.0.2
