Smooth scroll (off-screen cache and buffer swap) is only implemented for the Writer module (Tools -> Options -> LO Writer -> View 'Smooth scroll' But its implementation is limited (entered scrolling onto Writer content below current page via the Down or Up arrows on the vertical scroll bar. Smooth scroll as know from web browser implementations is a long missing enhancement to LibreOffice UI and canvas rendering framework. => DUPLICATE *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 35287 ***
