Description:
Suggesting to add shortcut that would open the toolbar item "Background Color" drop down which shows Color Picker dialog.

Actual Results:
Currently can only access the `Background Color` tool buttons Color Picker dialog by clicking on little drop down arrow.

Expected Results:
Looking to be able to open `Background Color` tool buttons Color Picker by hitting a shortcut.
So would add "Background Color Dialog" action into "Customize - Keyboard (tab)" "Functions" list for user to be able to assign custom shortcut to open it.

If not possible to make a shortcut key open a toolbar button drop down, then could be offered as an actual dialog instead but would need to function exactly the same....
-When color is choosen/clicked on the dialog closes and color applies to cell
-ESCAPE key closes the dialog if user changes mind and does not want to change color

Developers would have to decide on name for this Function...
"Background Color Dialog"
"Background Color Picker"
"Background Color Selector"
"Background Color Drop Down"
Others?

Thank You

Reproducible: Always

you will have to use the mouse anyway to get the color you want from the color palette dialog. This demand is one click away to assign a background color.

In case you prefer, you can assign a keyboard shortcut to get the (already selected) background color top the cell. For example, Ctrl+F11 for cell Background color.
