Test case with inconsistent fields character size.

Character height direct formatting from toolbars works inconsistently depending on the situation of the inserted fields.

Step to reproduce

In the sample file:

A) Select field in line 1, increase character size.
Results: nothing happens

B) Select full text in line 3, increase size.
Results: The characters in inserted fields follow text size increase.

Seems it depends in your file on the applied style, with 'Default' doesn't work, but seems to work with any other, or even with 'Default' after change to another style and change back to 'Default'.

In any case, works for me with a new file.
