When a user deselects a line - he doesn't want to set the cursor anywhere. He just wants to deselect the line and nothing else

And if the nearest text of page beginning is outside the screen - an unwanted view jump will happen, because the program thinks you want to go to that place to write something, while in reality you don't

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a line
2.Drag it
3.Deselect it by left clicking

Actual Results:
It sets the cursor upon deselection and may trigger a view jump

Expected Results:
No cursor setting after deselection

Reproducible: Always
