an odt file which shows the bug

In order to automate a document which I have to write once a year with the same text but some numbers in it varied, I added a not to be printed frame at the beginning with definitions of all variables which are to be used in the text which follows. Also there are some explaining lines how to adapt this document to its yearly version.

Since the frame covers the whole page width I would expect it to be omitted and not take space. My example shows a not to be printed frame at the beginning which caused the rest to break pages.

I would expect that it does not break pages when really printed.
