Writer documents changes 'look'.  Automatic gives a white font with certain highlighting applied, previously being black

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file (generated by LibreOffice 7.5.6)
2. Open with Master

Actual Results:
White font with Brick Red background

Expected Results:
Black font with Brick Red background.

At minimum a compatibility options being needed. See also bug 161766 comment 15
