You need to set an outline level in the heading styles. Then they are visible in the Navigator. How was the document created? It has "Microsoft Copilot" as `Authors`. The problem does not exists, if I re-save the document with Word.

It does not have headers and sub-headers, but Google Docs has them I understand that Microsoft Word formats aren't the primary focus on LOffice, but maybe it can be improved Also Google Docs has a much nicer design. The headers and sub-headers are in a different section, they are big and readable, and they move as the user scrolls through the documents
