Description herrhofmueller@mac.com 2025-12-20 14:09:10 UTC
Description:
When you try to open an a/c with Ask Libre Office you get given an A/c with Bugzilla but not Ask Libre Office. No option to log in. It happens when you create an account. You create it, you get the email. You press the link and all you get is a screen where you can file additional email addresses. You try to use the Username/PW to log on, it tells you the combination is wrong

Actual Results:
Create an a/c yourself

Expected Results:
Still the same

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Got on the Ask Libre Office

Hmm, not sure what your "a/c" annotation indicates. But if it is some short hand for an accepted solution on how to solve a problem--that would be known more commonly as user/usage support.

The Ask instance is the LibreOffice project's preferred location for such exchanges.

Not this Bugzilla issue tracker--which is more development and QA oriented.

Otherwise can not confirm an issue.

Launching the LibreOffice Help -> "Get help online" menu item does take me to the https://ask.libreoffice.org where you can search for any existing Ask threads related to your issue. Or it allows you to Login to submit a request after first creating a credential via a https://auth.documentfoundation.org/saml utility.
