Description:
After updating LibreOffice from version 25.2.7.2 to 25.8.4, I am experiencing crashes in Base. While tables and queries remain functional, LibreOffice crashes immediately whenever I attempt to open an existing form. Creating a new form is possible, but it cannot be opened afterwards.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.    Open a Base database using internal HSQLDB after update from LO 25.2.7.2 to LO 25.8.4.
2.Attempt to open any existing form.
3.Observe the application crash.

Actual Results:
no response from LO

Expected Results:
opening the form


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Database: Internal HSQLDB (Note: A test form using Firebird opened without any issues).
Java Runtime Environment: Swapping from Oracle JRE 1.8 to Eclipse Temurin 11.0.29 did not resolve the issue.
User Profile: Resetting/changing the user profile had no effect.
Safe Mode: The crash persists even when running LibreOffice in Safe Mode.
Regression: The issue does not occur in version 25.2.7.2. After rolling back to the previous version, everything works perfectly again.

I tried with Windows 11, LO 25.8.4.2

After opening the database, when trying to open the form "Teilnehmer" I get:

"Diese Dokument enthält eingebettete Daten einer HSQL, welche veraltet ist.
Diese nun in Firebird umwandeln?"

I click on  "Später", which means no migration  at the moment.

Then, the form displays ok and can be used quite normal.
