registrymodifications.xcu with sidebar error

Expected behavior: Sidebar should dock reliably next to/below Navigator and should be toggled by keys.

Problem: Navigator still toggles, but Sidebar menu item reacts without showing.

Solution: Removing file registrymodifications.xcu fixed the problem.

Known related bugs: #128543, #163179 (docking issues)
