Created attachment 204884 [details] Screenshot Works for me with Version: 26.2.0.0.beta1 (X86_64) Build ID: 620(Build:0) CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (build 19045); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: es-ES (es_ES); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded
Seems transient. URIs linked (in URL field above, or from Help -> About) work without issue. =-testing-= Version: 25.8.4.2 (X86_64) Build ID: 290daaa01b999472f0c7a3890eb6a550fd74c6df CPU threads: 28; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (build 26200); UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded
Created attachment 204889 [details] following the URI from Help -> About does open Release notes
reopened because the url: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/25.8 resolves to ``` 403 Forbidden nginx/1.22.1 ```
Sorry, guess this should be => NEW But just verified I can not confirm as the link URIs to the published Wiki "ReleaseNotes" function without issue from Help -> About on Win11 installations of 25.8 and 26.2 and for master against 26.8. And likewise the links published on the project downloads pages with a Chrome, a Firefox and a Brave browser session.

Looks NOT like an issue with specific LO-version, OS or browser ?! IMHO this is some missconfigured Web-server|Infrastructure!
I live in Beijing, PR China and my access to the wiki.documentfoundation.org website had been spotty for the last few months. I can't open the release notes webpage today. I agree it's a infrastructure issue, my suspision is that the server/Internet provider is blocking access from some countries.
