Description Olivier Hallot 2026-01-01 17:11:26 UTC
When inserting an hyperlink target from another document, user needs to manually type the text of the hyperlink or leave as default, and the full URL is taken as hyperlink text.

The target text should be offered as text of the hyperlink as well.

Step to reproduce

- Have a blank document and another document with a heading set, for example "Introduction" as heading 1 text
- in blank document open hyperlink dialog
- Locate and set the URL of the target document
- Select the "Introduction" in the available headings of the target document.

Actual results
The hyperlink text box is empty, you must type "Introduction" to get it in your blank document

Expected results
The text box could offer the target text "Introduction" in the link text box.

Note:
When dragging the heading "Introduction" from navigator of the target file, the heading text is correctly insewrted in the blank document.
