Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set scaling setting in KDE settings to anything over 100%
2. Import video into Impress and position it on slide.
3. Change to presentation mode. 

Actual Results:
Video should have moved positions and scaled up a large amount.

Expected Results:
That the video play in the size and position indicated on the edit mode slide.

Issue does not happen when scaling down UI.
