Description Ila 2026-01-02 15:13:42 UTC
Description:
I'm using for my universities studies in Italy and taking notes I've found that when in the autocorrect something like "dell'rna" is made to be automatically replaced with "dell'RNA" it does not do its job at all. I'm guessing this is somehow related to there being uppercase characters or just a feature i don't understand but if not I'd appreciate it being fixed

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add to the autocorrect list something like "l'rna" to be corrected to "l'RNA"
2.type out l'rna in the document after applying changes
3.the word will not autocorrect after pressing space

Actual Results:
"l'rna" should remains "l'rna"

Expected Results:
"l'rna" should be autocorrect-ed to "l'RNA"

Reproducible: Always
