Description:
Redo of insert row/column does not work in writer.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new document in writer
2. Add a table with e. g. 3 rows
3. Insert an additional row via context menu
4. Press strg + Y

Actual Results:
no additional row is inserted

Expected Results:
an additional row is inserted
Redo should also work with columns.

Reverses the action of the last Undo command.
