Description:
When attempting to open a GPG-signed PDF, LibreOffice Draw reports a "General Input/Output Error".


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Sign a PDF with GPG: "gpg --sign --output Signed.pdf Original.pdf"
2.Try to open "Signed.pdf" in LibreOffice Draw
3.

Actual Results:
General Input/Output Error



Expected Results:
Open and show the PDF like most other programs.
Preferably write-protected with a reference to the signature.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Acrobat Reader, Atril, Evince, Okular, Sumatra PDF, PDF-XChange, and GIMP have no problem opening GPG-signed PDF files. 
Xournal, Inkscape, and LibreOffice Draw do.

Correction: The current version of Xournal++ has no problem with GPG-signed PDFs.

Please attach a sample file, reduced as much as possible, without private information.
