LO Math Elements Panel

Description:
Formula editor panel needs support for functions written in Adlam and N'ko. RTL and Arabic support added with bug 134193 now makes it possible to support these two scripts. Most of the RTL functions that require mirroring work however the elements panel is missing the named functions/operators for these scripts. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Math
2. Filter Elements panel to Functions

Results:
Latin and Arabic trigonometric functions are available

e.g. 
sin()
حا()

Expected:
𞤧𞤢𞤤() - Adlam

Plan:
I have been in conversation with the Adlam and N'ko user communities and am in the process of compiling the function names. I have everything for Adlam and I am gathering the the requirements for N'ko. I have spoken to the Khaled Hosny and I am aware of where the edits need to made so I can supply the patch.
